Shipping policy

Postage and delivery
AMD Soap & Bath currently only ships within the continental US. The price we charge for delivery is a flat-rate fee for a typical order package, usually we pay more for shipping than what is charged. If your order should be less than the flat-rate fee by more than $1 USD, the shipping difference will be refunded back to you.

Free shipping

Free shipping is available on all orders where the goods purchased are a minimum of $50 USD. Exceptions for free shipping may occur during sales or other discounts used. The free shipping offer covers the shipping cost only, any extra taxes/duty, etc must be paid by the customer.

​US orders

If your order is within the small parcels weight range, your order will be delivered by USPS. Tracking numbers for all packages are provided via email.​

Returns Policy
Order cancellation must be made before item shipping notice. Typically, orders are shipped within 24 hours, but may take 2-3 days for regular stock items or up to 30 days for custom orders. Custom orders cannot be cancelled. Please see our terms and conditions page for our full returns policy.
